  • Yoga

    Our Yoga classes are taken by experienced instructors who know how to release the real benefits of this art form. For a Yoga class that will help you to build a strong connection with your body and mind, head down to Mizz-Fit.

  • Pilates

    Mizz-Fit's local Pilates classes help to improve posture, mobility and flexibility. They also help to develop muscle tone, increase cardiovascular fitness and promote a stronger, more supportive core. Mizz-Fit has an experienced group of instructors who are always looking for new students to join the class

  • HIIT

    Working aerobically and anaerobically at the same time, as you do during the sprint phase, increases muscle growth. So you'll put on more muscle mass, get more tone and definition, and by doing so, boost your metabolism so you'll lose more weight in the long run.

  • Boxing

    PiNK BOXiNG is a high intensity, full body workout that will keep you moving the whole time. Eliminate any ideas you may have about smashing a punching bag the whole time on your own. PiNK BOXiNG can be very social. Our sessions are usually made up of around 12 to 20 Women.

The Military Mizz-Fit Bootcamp program focuses on intensity and endurance, and while the physical and mental demands are broad and challenging, this Fernwood boot camp is also great fun. Recruits are pushed to reach their peak physical fitness while at the same time being encouraged to break the mental boundaries that restrict them. The boot camp program package is designed to tone and tighten the body, and improve core strength and cardiovascular fitness by truly pushing each recruit to better their current physical limits. This military styled boot camp is as empowering as it is physically beneficial. It gives Mizz-Fit women the strength to break through the different factors that may block their fitness progression. Military Mizz-Fit Bootcamp aims to be tough; however it is also designed to be great fun. It is the perfect way to get fit and meet a new group of people, all while staying active and having a good time.
